Hello, my name is Jay Palazzo and I’m the founder of Silent Voices Paranormal Investigation Service. Thank you for your interest in our team and allowing us to tell you exactly who we are and what we do.
Silent Voices Paranormal is a fresh new group of researchers dedicated to helping the public understand the paranormal through education and investigations. Although the group itself is new to the public, its members aren’t. SVP’s membership consists of a combination of seasoned independent researchers and investigators formally from other teams. Our goal is simple, help the public! People fear what they don’t understand and the paranormal is no exception. Our team motto is “Knowledge through investigation, research and evidence” and that is exactly what our objective is. Investigate claims of paranormal activity, collect, review and study evidence and try to offer answers and knowledge to the public and our clientele so they can better understand any unusual activity they may be experiencing.
In addition to our investigation services we also offer presentations that provide the public with information on who we are, what we do, how we do it and basic information regarding the paranormal. Both, our investigation services and our presentations are free of charge and can be booked at any time by contacting myself or our case manager via phone or e-mail.
The members of Silent Voices Paranormal are mature adults who take pride in what they do and always show the upmost respect to our client, including their property & beliefs, the public and the deceased. We try to go above & beyond to make our clientele feel comfortable with their decision of allowing us to help them with whatever their experiencing. We have VERY strict rules regarding procedures, behavior and client confidentiality that each member MUST follow. We abide by all state and federal laws at all times and behavior such as trespassing or drug use IS NOT TOLERATED and is grounds for IMMEDIATE TERMINATION FROM THE TEAM. We do not allow ANY alcohol consumption of any kind before or during an investigation, presentation, or evidence review and any members who smoke will do so ONLY during breaks and just in designated areas as not to offend anyone or risk contaminating any evidence. Also, all personal information can be kept confidential upon our clients request and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS ANY EVIDENCE WE COLLECT ALTERED IN ANY WAY!!! We do not believe in “finding ghosts” everywhere we go. We can usually debunk most claims of “paranormal activity” however in the event that we do uncover evidence; SV will review all findings with our client and provide them with a detailed report of what we discovered.
